MacKenzie Salmina

Mackenzie Salmina is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as a Technical Marketing Strategist Lead and Email Marketing Specialist at Boutique Recruiting since August 2023. Previously, Mackenzie held the position of Client Representative at ROLA Marketing and worked as a Marketing Intern at Boss Babe Networking, where skills in networking and communication were enhanced. Mackenzie’s experience also includes roles as a Server/Meal Creator at Greenspot Salad Company and an Event Marketing Intern and Greek Liaison for the Annual Women in Leadership Conference at Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University. As a member of Alpha Phi International Fraternity, Mackenzie contributed to community service initiatives and served as the Director of Philanthropy, organizing events and service opportunities. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Personality and Social Psychology from San Diego State University.
