Alain Barbet

Alain Barbet serves as Acting General Manager at McBride Sisters Wine Company since August 2018, providing support to founders Andréa and Robin McBride while mentoring the fast-growing minority and women-led wine-making company. In addition, Alain holds the position of Managing Director at Validate, offering strategic recommendations for improving business profitability. As a Non-Executive Board Member at Bouvery Inc and Principal at Hugo Ventures, Alain advises emerging ventures. Previously, Alain retired as SVP Strategic Advisor for Global Business Solutions at Fiserv after overseeing various roles that included leading a $350 million business unit and driving digital transformation at TeleCheck Inc. Notable previous positions include President and CEO roles at both Pernod Ricard USA and Berentzen-Gruppe AG USA, with a focus on enhancing brand equity and achieving significant growth.
