Erik van Riet

Erik van Riet has extensive experience in the construction and firefighting sectors. Currently employed as a Timmerman at Bouwgroep Dijkstra Draisma since June 2016, Erik also volunteers at Hoornse Stadsfeesten. Previous roles include serving as a Vrijwillig brandweer for Brandweer Wieringerwaard until September 2023 and various volunteer positions including EHBO with Rode Kruis Noord-Holland Noord from March 2019 to May 2022. Earlier work includes safety roles at Visbeek Werkt! BV and Brandwacht en Veiligheidscentrum West Friesland, as well as offshore and firefighting positions with DDM Recruitment Services, GDF SUEZ, and Brandweer Zaanstad. Erik's foundational training in carpentry, acquired at Dudok College and LTS Kerkelanden, has facilitated a solid career in renovation, residential construction, and project delivery spanning over two decades.
