Henk-Dirk de Haan

Henk-Dirk de Haan has extensive work experience in finance and risk management. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial & Risk Officer at Bouwinvest since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Finance & Risk Officer at a.s.r. real estate from 2012 to 2023. Henk-Dirk has also held positions such as Director Finance & Control at SNS Property Finance BV from 2007 to 2012 and Vice President Finance BU NL at Bouwfonds Property Finance BV from 2005 to 2007. Henk-Dirk has experience in financial control and auditing from their roles at LeasePlan Nederland and HBG, Hollandsche Beton Groep. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Accountant at Arthur Andersen / De Roo & Van der Veen. Henk-Dirk de Haan also serves as a member of the Supervisory Board and chairman of the Audit Committee at Stichting Kwintessens Educatief since 2022.

Henk-Dirk de Haan has a strong educational background. Henk-Dirk attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1986 to 1992, where they earned a Master's degree in Economics (Business Economics), known as Doctorandus (Drs.). Henk-Dirk continued their education at the same university from 1992 to 1997, specializing in Accountancy (Post master), which led to him becoming a Registeraccountant (RA) / Chartered Accountant (CA). In 2007, de Haan attended INSEAD, a prestigious business school, completing the International Executive Programme (IEP) F/S in General Management. Later in 2015, they returned to INSEAD for the IN-BOARD Leadership Programme, focusing on Executive and Non-Executive Management.
