Ivan Filipan

Ivan Filipan is an experienced professional in the field of real estate investment and corporate finance, currently serving as Acquisition Manager at Bouwinvest since September 2022, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate for the Dutch Institutional Office Fund. Prior roles include Investment Analyst positions at Ballast Nedam Development and NSI, where responsibilities spanned corporate finance and transaction developments.
