Carla Meeuwisse

I am born and raised from The Hague. During my education (Facilities Services) I lived in Rotterdam and after staying there for a few years, I finally found my permanent place behind the dunes. Together with my daughter and dog we enjoy beautiful summer days and lovely beach walks.

Once (in the late 80s) I started in the temporary employment/secondment industry and, after interesting wanderings and a backpack full of experience, I found my niche again in the temporary employment/secondment industry. The “love” for broadcasting has never gone away.

Based on my knowledge and experience, I am involved in our training courses and marketing matters.

Several times a month I supervise the account specialists in the commercial field (cold calling and relationship management) and from 2020 I will also be responsible for setting up our newest branch in Rotterdam. And with pleasure!!

The best part of my job is to see all my work experience melting together into one position. Everything I have gained in experience is now coming together. I feel like a fish in water at Bouwselect. My top sport background (a long time ago I was a fanatic rower 😊) now comes in handy: persevere, don't give up and finally see that you get results. In combination with life experience and work experience, this ensures a healthy winner's mentality.

The technology is great (especially in the temporary employment/secondment industry), but nothing replaces human contact. I like a personal and above all human approach. Both with my colleagues and with Bouwselect's candidates and clients.
