Jeffrey Joseph

Jeffrey Joseph is an experienced professional in the fields of social value, community engagement, and regeneration, currently serving as the Head of Social Value UK at Bouygues Construction since June 2019. With over 20 years at Higgins Construction PLC as a Community Investment Manager, Jeffrey specialized in housing, consultation, economic regeneration, and stakeholder engagement, working under HCA guidelines and promoting the National Skills Academy for Construction. Prior experience includes roles as Community Liaison Co-ordinator at Laing Homes Special Projects and Training & Employment Manager at Job Centre Plus. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Housing Studies and Sustainable Communities and a Foundation Degree in Urban Regeneration and Community Development from London South Bank University.
