Marie Lanoy

Marie LANOY possesses extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Cadre Admin/Paie at both Equans France and Bouygues Energies & Services since October 2024 and January 2023, respectively. Previously, Marie worked at Bouygues Construction as Gestionnaire paie/RH since September 2016 and held an alternant HR position at SNCF from September 2015 to September 2016, where responsibilities included managing short-term contracts and absenteeism tracking. Earlier roles include serving as Assistante service social at SOFIGEC, managing employee hiring processes, and as Assistante RH at Corse Propreté I and co, focusing on recruitment and administrative tasks related to employee management.
