Alan Price

Alan Price is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in infrastructure projects. Currently serving as the Technical Director for Bouygues UK on the Lower Thames Crossing Tunnel and Approaches, Alan previously held the role of Align JV Design Director for the HS2 Contract C1 at Jacobs UK Limited. Alan's career spans various key positions including Director of Planning and Performance at ORR, Infrastructure Director at First Group, and Director of Projects at London Underground. In addition, Alan contributed as Engineering Director for the West Coast Route Modernisation at Bechtel Civil Infrastructure and played a significant role in the Bechtel/Siemens/ENKA JV bid for the Marmaray Rail Project in Istanbul. Alan holds a Master’s Degree in Surveying Engineering from UCL and a Bachelor’s Degree in topographic science from University College Swansea.
