Charissa Shears

Charissa Shears is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction law. Currently serving as Head of Legal at BOUYGUES UK since December 2010, Charissa has held multiple roles including Legal Director and Senior Legal Manager, providing legal support to business units across various regions. Prior to this, Charissa was an Associate at Shoosmiths, leading the construction team for the South of England, and gained valuable experience as an Associate at Bond Pearce. Charissa began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Coffin Mew Solicitors. Charissa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Reading and is an alumna of Chelmsford County High School for Girls.
