Ritu Bagga

Ritu Bagga holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence Strategy and an MBA in Human Resources Management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Advisor at Bouygues UK, Ritu contributes to the Sizewell C Nuclear Power Plant Project by enhancing HR operations and digitalization, utilizing Power BI for data insights. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior HR Consultant at BWSSL, where Ritu improved efficiency through employee self-service initiatives, and as a Manager of Human Resources at Arvind Limited, focusing on recruitment and stakeholder satisfaction. Ritu also gained valuable experience as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Chiripal Industries Limited, implementing employee engagement programs, and began a career with an internship at Zydus Group, working on a Technical Competency Framework project. Ritu's educational background includes ongoing studies at Brunel University of London, complemented by HR analytics training from the University of California, and a CIPD level 7 MBA from Gujarat University.
