Lionel Cayre

A graduate of the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Lyon, Lionel CAYRE joined the Bouygues Group in 1996 in the Structures Department of the South-East division of Bouygues Construction. For 9 years, he held several positions in works, financial control and setting up real estate transactions, before joining Bouygues Immobilier in 2005 as a land developer.

He was successively appointed Branch Manager in 2007 and Regional Manager in Lyon in 2012.

In 2017, he took responsibility for all the Business Departments of the General Housing Department.

In June 2019, he led the development and implementation of Bouygues Immobilier's strategic and transformation project, then became Managing Director of Promotion France Est in September 2020.
