Damien O'Neill

Damien O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Damien most recently worked at Groupe Bouygues, where they served as the Head of Risk Management, Internal Controls & Audits starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at Groupe TF1, including Head of Operations & IT for Finance, Purchasing, Tax, Treasury & Cash Management. Damien was also responsible for Group Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Financing & Cash Management and Group Accounting, Tax & Financial IT. Before their time at Groupe TF1, Damien worked at Safran as the Group Accounting and Tax Director. Damien began their career at EY, where they held the roles of Financial Services Audit partner and Financial Services Audit manager. Prior to that, they worked at BNP Paribas Cardif as the Head of IT & Organisation for accounting and back-office department.

Damien O'Neill completed an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from ENSTA Paris from 1988 to 1991. During the same period, they also earned a DEFC in Accounting and Finance from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. Prior to that, they studied Maths & Physic studies at Lycée Sainte Geneviève from 1985 to 1988. Damien completed their Baccalauréat at Saint Louis de Gonzague-Franklin from 1976 to 1985. In 2013, they participated in the Executive Program - Institut de Management Bouygues at HEC Paris.
