Hélène Buisson

Hélène Buisson has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Hélène started their career at Groupe Renault as an intern, where they conducted financial analysis of strategic suppliers. Hélène then joined COLAS, where they worked as a Financial Executive, focusing on international activities and financial risks.

Afterwards, Hélène worked at Colas USA as a Finance Coordinator, managing relationships with banks and negotiating credit line agreements. Hélène then moved to Colas Rail, initially serving as the Treasury, Trade, and Finance Manager, reporting to the CFO and overseeing a team of four. In this role, they created cash position reports and dashboards for top management and managed relationships with French and international banks, negotiating financial agreements.

Hélène'smost recent position was at the Bouygues Group as the Head of the Finance Department for Financial and Market Transactions, Financial Risks, and Treasury Reporting.

Hélène Buisson studied at the Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) from 2004 to 2006, completing a Licence L1 et L2 in Économie-Gestion. Hélène then attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Licence 3, Master 1 et 2 (M104) in Finance.
