Sebastien Laboureau

Sebastien Laboureau has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Sebastien currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at UBY, a role they took on in December 2019. Prior to that, they were a CTO at UBY within the Bouygues Group since December 2019.

Before joining UBY, Sebastien worked at Huawei from 2012 to 2019. During their time there, they served as the Solution Responsible Bouygues Telecom, where they were responsible for solutions definition and delivery for the Bouygues Group Key Account. Sebastien also managed technical customer relationship management and business development for Bouygues Group.

Earlier in their career, Sebastien worked as a System Engineer at Ixia from 2009 to 2012, and as an Application Engineer at Catapult from 2006 to 2012. Sebastien also gained experience at Nortel from 2001 to 2006, where they held various roles, including UMTS Radio validation and performance improvement, Radio Network Controller (RNC) Software/hardware integration, Software architecture specification and design in the Radio Resource Management team, and Specification and design of UMTS RNC CallProcessing stubs. Sebastien Laboureau's expertise lies in technical solution development, customer relationship management, system architecture, and testing and integration.

Sebastien Laboureau obtained their Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique, where they studied from 1999 to 2001.
