Burt Chojnowski is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in consulting and community development. As the Managing Partner of BrainBelt Consulting, Inc. since June 2002, Burt has facilitated support services and training for entrepreneurs and cultivated entrepreneurial ecosystems. Burt has held multiple leadership roles, including President of Bovard Studio, Inc. and the Fairfield Entrepreneurs Association, where ten unique entrepreneurial development systems were created. In addition, Burt serves as Chief of the Chief Appanoose Popcorn Company, innovating flavors and recognizing quality popcorn. Burt's involvement extends to being a Board Member of Iowa Community Capital and President of various organizations, including TEDxFairfield and Fairfield Free University, demonstrating a commitment to local economic growth and knowledge sharing. Burt's educational background includes a BIDS degree from Maharishi International University.

Bovard Studio had its beginning in 1971 with founder Ron Bovard working as an independent artist. Since an exhibit at the Carnegie Museum in 1972, Bovard has exhibited his art in galleries and museums around the world, including more than 25 one man shows in places such as New York City and Vienna, Austria. From this modest beginning, the studio expanded to over 50 artists, craftspeople and staff who complete over 100 church projects per year, as well as projects in courthouses, libraries, colleges and other public and private buildings.
