Gabriel Guimaraes

Gabriel Guimaraes has had a varied and impressive career since 2015. Gabriel began as an Assistant at Insper FabLab, followed by a role as an Assistant at the MIT Teaching Lab in 2016. Also in 2016, they became Co-Founder of SMASH Robotics. In 2018, they held an Intern role at Schneider Electric, and in 2019, they were a Senior Consultant and Senior Data Scientist at EY Financial Services and an Intern at GE Digital. Since 2020, they have held the roles of VP of Engineering and Data Science Manager at BovControl.

Gabriel Guimaraes has a Bachelor degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Electronics and Control & Automation from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa from 2015 to 2019. Gabriel also has a Bachelor degree in Electronic & Computer Engineering, Mechanics Engineering from University of Limerick from 2018 to 2018. Additionally, Gabriel has obtained numerous certifications from GE Digital and Universal Robots A/S, such as APM End User Associate, Getting Smart On ISA-88, Cyber Security Risk Assessment, Getting Smart On ISA-95, Managing and Tracking Vulnerabilities, SmartSignal Shield SDK, Customer Reliability Engineer, APM Predictive Analytics Modeling, Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCC), SmartSignal Monitoring Processes, Universal Robots Advance Training, Universal Robots Core Training, Universal Robots Service Training, MIT - Brazil Teaching Lab, and Curso de Lógica de Programação.
