Currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Essent and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Arjen is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at HMC and Bovemij. Additionally, Arjen holds the position of Chair of the Board of Trustees at both Japanmuseum SieboldHuis and Naturalis Biodiversity Center Nederland. Previous professional experience includes significant roles at Shell, where Arjen served as Executive Vice President Technical and Competitive IT, and various leadership positions in IT. Arjen's academic background includes an MBA from Henley Business School and an MSc in Chemistry from Utrecht University.
