Juan Perez Zaldivar

Juan Perez Zaldivar is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the mechanical engineering sector. Currently serving at Bovis from CBRE since July 2018, Juan holds dual roles as a Project Manager and MEP Manager, focusing on the renovation of facilities at the Nabiax data center. Prior to this, Juan worked as an MEP Engineer on a Data Processing Center in Las Rozas and provided technical assistance in project management for the functional design of Madrid Barajas Airport Terminal 123 in collaboration with Técnicas Reunidas. Juan's previous experience includes roles at Fluideco Equipos Industriales, S.L. as a project engineer, responsible for commissioning and project leadership, and internships in HVAC and technical office functions. Academic qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nebrija and a Technical Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
