Jimmy Wasem

Jimmy Wasem is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Regional Portfolio Manager at Commonwealth Real Estate Services since August 2018, while also operating personal rental and Airbnb portfolios as the Owner of Emerald Harbor Homes, LLC since June 2017. With previous experience as a Director for the Idaho Housing Association from August 2022 to March 2024 and as a Senior Property Manager at SNR Northwest Properties from July 2015 to August 2018, Jimmy has demonstrated expertise in optimizing rental income, staff development, and tenant occupancy strategies. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus on Biotechnology from Eastern Washington University and has educational foundations from Whitworth University and Rogers High School.
