Andrew J. Schremp

Andrew Schremp is a Director on Bow River Capital’s Software Growth Equity team. In this role, Andrew is responsible for managing all stages of the investment process from transaction through portfolio management and exit.

Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Andrew was the Founder and CEO of Health Sqyre, Inc., a digital health tech company that was acquired by a leading strategic player. Prior to founding Health Sqyre, Andrew provided advisory and consulting services and served as Vice President at Easy Breathe, a D2C tech company. Before his career as an entrepreneur, Andrew was a Partner and Vice President at Creation Capital Partners, a private equity firm, where he was responsible for strategic platform and bolt-on acquisitions and the growth and development of the fund’s portfolio companies. Andrew began his career as an Investment Banking Associate at Wells Fargo Securities where he was responsible for executing M&A and public financing transactions.

Andrew earned a BA in Economics from Amherst College.
