Jane C. Ingalls

Jane Ingalls is Chief Operating Officer at Bow River Capital. In this role, Jane oversees the firm’s finance, legal and compliance, operations and personnel/staffing functions. In addition, Jane chairs the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee for Bow River and, with the senior team, develops the firm’s strategic priorities.

Jane brings more than 30 years of financial services and investment management experience to her role. Prior to joining Bow River Capital, she created and led a boutique consulting firm that worked with executive teams and boards on business and product launches, crisis management and messaging tied to fundraising and business development. Prior to that, she was senior vice president and chief of staff at Janus Capital Group (now Janus Henderson Investors).

Jane serves on the board of CollegeInvest, Colorado's 529 Plan.
