Sean O'Connell

Sean O’Connell is a Senior Associate on Bow River Capital’s Software Growth Equity team. In this role, Sean is responsible for originating, structuring, executing, and managing software investments.

Sean currently serves on the boards of HRSoft, ProductPlan, and Xyleme.

Prior to working at Bow River Capital, Sean was an Associate at JMP Securities in San Francisco where he was a member of the Technology Investment Banking group. He started his professional career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Business Capital.

Sean graduated from Bryant University with a BSBA in Finance & Applied Analytics.
