Tyler J. Finn

Tyler Finn is a Senior Associate in Bow River Capital’s Real Estate group. In this role, Tyler is responsible for investment research, due diligence, financial modeling, originating, structuring and monitoring real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Tyler worked in EY’s Mergers & Acquisitions Real Estate Group in Chicago where he was a Senior Analyst focused primarily on commercial real estate valuations. Tyler completed a year-long internship with Baker Tilly Capital in their New Markets Tax Credits group.

Tyler holds a BBA in both Finance and Real Estate from The University of Wisconsin – Madison.
