Crystal Tulloch is an associate dean in the Chiu School of Business. Crystal joined Bow Valley College in 2003 teaching in Continuing Education, while still working in the accounting field. This experience confirmed her passion for teaching and helping students expand their skills and achieve their educational goals. She moved into a full-time instructor position in 2007 as an accounting instructor in the Business Administration program. In 2016, Crystal continued her contribution of enhancing students’ educational experiences through her role as Program Coordinator, Business Administration and then in 2019, Associate Dean, Administrative Studies.
Crystal collaborated as a team member on the College’s first Lean Six Sigma process improvement project, assessing and redefining the Chiu School of Business’s course scheduling process in order to implement improvements, and enable time, resource savings, and efficiencies.
Prior to entering the post-secondary environment, Crystal’s industry experience included a combined nine years of progressive accounting and auditing experience in business, government, and regulatory environments.
Crystal holds a Master in Business Administration from Laurentian University. She also holds a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant designation.

At Bow Valley College our business is adult education. We provide programs designed to help students build their skills through academic foundations, careers programs that last less than a year in Health, Business and Industry, and English as a Second Language training.
