Landis Jackson, M.Ed., CPHR, SHRM-SCP has been sharing her knowledge and experiences with students through her instructional work at Bow Valley College over the last five years. Most recently she has been promoted to a Program Chair position with a focus on mentoring instructors. Prior to joining the Chiu School of Business Landis was a human resources generalist with over 15 years of leadership roles in entrepreneurial, manufacturing, health services, technology, and financial services sectors. Landis is passionate about the human resources profession. Her high energy and connection with people open conversations that lead to a different way of looking at workplace challenges and experiences. In her spare time, Landis sits as a Director on the CPHR Alberta Board as well as a member of the Calgary Chapter of the University of Alberta Alumni Association and enjoys an active lifestyle.

At Bow Valley College our business is adult education. We provide programs designed to help students build their skills through academic foundations, careers programs that last less than a year in Health, Business and Industry, and English as a Second Language training.
