Velrose Spence Clarke

Velrose has been an instructor in the Early Childhood Education and Development program since 2014. She holds a Diploma in Primary Education; a Bachelor of Education (Honours) and a Master's degree in Early Childhood. Velrose has over 20 years of experience in the field of education including teaching, leadership, curriculum development, and workshop and conference facilitation. Velrose was also a pioneer instructor in the implementation of the Bow Valley College Early Learning and Child Care program at Mico Teachers' College Jamaica.
