Stephen Scholl CR, CKBR, CAP, has extensive experience in project leadership and development within the construction and remodeling industry. Currently serving as Project Leader and Owner at BOWA since January 2015, Stephen is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client projects, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout. Previously, as Director of Project Development at Case Design/Remodeling Inc. from July 2010 to December 2014, Stephen managed both large and small remodeling projects in the Virginia and Washington DC metro region, emphasizing return on investment. Additionally, Stephen held the role of Vice-President at Welch Construction Group and worked as General Manager and Associate Vice-President at Case Design/Remodeling Inc. from 2003 to 2010, where leadership involved managing a significant team and generating considerable revenue. Stephen's educational background includes attendance at Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 1978 to 1980.
