Rafał Jaros has extensive experience in the educational and consulting sectors, currently serving as an Assistant at Uniwersytet Łódzki and as a Manager at 7m consulting since September 2007. Prior to these roles, Rafał worked as an Advisor at ARKANA.PL from December 2004 to August 2007. Rafał holds a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Lodz and graduated from XV LO.
