Damian Routley

Damian Routley has extensive experience in the tech industry. In 2008, they began their career as Client Services Director at TradeDoubler, where they were responsible for sales and existing business development in the UK, DE, and FR. Following this, they founded and grew Glow Digital Media Limited, becoming a strategic partner in the Facebook marketing partnership programme, listed in Deloitte Top50 UK Tech Companies, and winning TechCityNews pitch awards. In 2016, they took on the role of Regional CEO at Adglow, responsible for revenue and operations in the UK, USA, and Canada. Damian also became an Advisor for Otherly Entertainment, Partner at Otherly Entertainment, and Non Exec at Otherly Entertainment. In 2018, they founded Good Remedy and in 2019, they became an Advisor at PUSH Mind and Body. In 2019, they joined Founders Factory as Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director, Consumer & Media. In 2020, they took on the roles of Chair at TMIK Media Ltd, Non Executive Director at Oxwash, and Non Executive Director at Bower Collective.
