Loke Pak-Yen

Loke Pak-Yen is an accomplished analyst currently working at BowerGroupAsia and serving on the Youth Sounding Board for the European Commission, where Loke provides insights on youth participation in EU external actions. With extensive leadership experience, Loke holds the positions of Deputy President and Publicity Director at the Malaysian Association of Psychology Students and serves as Under-Secretary-General for Community Outreach Collaborations at the United Nations Association Malaysia. Loke co-founded Skilldefyne, a platform connecting undergraduates with job opportunities, and has participated in initiatives with the ASEAN Foundation and the Khazanah Research Institute. Loke's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nottingham Malaysia and ongoing studies in Data Science and Business Analytics at the University of London.
