Nichagorn Ooppapong

Nichagorn Ooppapong has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and payroll management. Nichagorn is currently the HR & Payroll Manager (APAC) at BowerGroupAsia since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at AIA as an HR Operations Manager from July 2019 to August 2020, where they handled various responsibilities such as payroll processing, HR transformation projects, and new company setup. Before joining AIA, they served as a Senior Payroll Manager at RSM Thailand from May 2018 to June 2019. Nichagorn also worked at Agoda as a Senior International Payroll Specialist and International Payroll Specialist from February 2018 to May 2018 and from May 2016 to January 2018, respectively. Earlier in their career, they held the positions of Assistant HR Manager and HR & GA Officer at Canon IT Solutions (Thailand) from January 2015 to April 2016 and from November 2012 to December 2014, respectively. Nichagorn started their career at ExxonMobil, where they worked as an HR Payroll Analyst (Expat Payroll) from March 2012 to September 2012 and as an HR Policies & Benefits Analyst (Japan) from October 2006 to February 2012. Throughout their career, Nichagorn Ooppapong has demonstrated expertise in payroll management, HR operations, recruitment, employee benefits, and HR transformation.

Nichagorn Ooppapong completed a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree at Thammasat University from 2001 to 2005. The major of the degree was Japanese, with a minor in English. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2009, Nichagorn pursued a Master of Arts degree in Labour Economics and Human Resources Management (International Program) at Chulalongkorn University.
