Jeff Ambio

Jeff Ambio has a diverse work experience in the field of numismatics. Jeff served as the Vice President of Numismatics & Auction Production at Stack's Bowers Galleries from 2011 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as a Numismatic Market Analyst (Consultant) at Coin Values (Coin World Trends) from 2009-2011, a Numismatic Consultant at Marc One Numismatics from 2008-2011, and the Founder and President of Ambio Rare Coins from 2007-2011. Jeff also worked as a Numismatic Consultant at Bowers and Merena Auctions from 2007-2011 and at Park Avenue Numismatics in 2010. In addition, they worked as a Numismatic Researcher (Consultant) and later as the Vice President of Numismatics at Rare Coin Wholesalers from 2006-2009. Jeff also served as a Numismatic Consultant at Capital Rarities in 2008. Jeff's earlier experience includes roles as a Numismatic Market Analyst (Consultant) at Stanford Coins & Bullion from 2007-2008 and as the Director of Numismatics at Bowers and Merena Auctions from 2004-2006.

Jeff Ambio completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History at Cornell University from 1994 to 1998. Jeff then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between 2005 and 2007.
