Lucy O'Callaghan

Lucy O'Callaghan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lucy has been working at Bowers & Wilkins since 2022, initially as a Software Test Engineer and then promoted to the role of Software Test Team Lead. Prior to that, they worked at UnderwriteMe as a Quality Assurance Analyst Engineer from 2020 to 2021.

From 2016 to 2020, Lucy worked at Yoti Ltd, where they started as a QA Tester and later became a Team Lead/Senior QA. Lucy'sresponsibilities included managing a team of developers and QA professionals, conducting performance reviews, and organizing project meetings.

Before that, Lucy worked as a QA Tester at Monitise Create from 2015 to 2016, specializing in mobile app testing. Lucy also gained experience in UX and UI testing during this role.

At Equiniti, Lucy worked as a System Tester from 2013 to 2015, focusing on testing in-house administration tools. Lucy was responsible for writing test scenarios, executing test cases, and managing test data.

Lucy's career in quality assurance started at OpenText, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst from 2012 to 2013, following Agile iterative development processes and working in Scrums.

Additionally, Lucy has experience in assembly and inventory management, having worked as an Assembly Assistant at Tenon Engineering LTD and in various roles at Homebase from 2007 to 2012.

Prior to their professional career, Lucy had a software test team internship at weComm Limited in 2011, where they gained experience in black box testing for mobile phone applications. Lucy also worked as an Information Assistant at Information Shop from 2008 to 2009, providing guidance and support to young people.

Lucy O'Callaghan attended Northbrook Art College, where they obtained a BETC National Certificate in Fine Art. Lucy also attended Tanbridge House School and earned GCSEs in English, Art, Graphics, Religious Studies, Maths, Science, and Physical Education. In addition to their formal education, Lucy has obtained various certifications in areas such as API test automation, performance testing, software testing, and programming.
