Natasha Ramcharan has a diverse work experience in payroll and human resources management. Natasha is currently the Director of Payroll at Bowery Residents' Committee, a position they started in February 2023. Previously, Natasha worked as the US Payroll Manager at Wiley from May 2022 to November 2022, where they implemented strategies to improve payroll processing and kept stakeholders informed about changing laws and regulations. From January 2019 to May 2022, they served as the Regional Payroll Lead - North America at Upfield, where they coordinated the implementation and modification of the payroll application and acted as a liaison between HR, Finance, and line managers in North America and the Caribbean. Before that, Natasha worked as a Certified Dayforce Consultant at Wise Consulting Associates from February 2016 to November 2018, where they led HCM system implementation projects and provided consulting services for Ceridian Dayforce Payroll. Natasha also gained experience as a Human Resource Services Manager at Breaking Ground (formerly Common Ground) from April 2007 to February 2016, overseeing data integrity, payroll, and HRIS implementation. Prior to that, Natasha worked as a Payroll Benefits Administrator at Breaking Ground from September 2003 to April 2007 and as a Lead Payroll Representative at UBS Financial Services Inc. from October 2000 to September 2003. Natasha Ramcharan, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Baruch College, which they obtained in 1999. Natasha further pursued their education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from the University of Phoenix, finishing in 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Natasha obtained their SHRM-CP (SHRM - Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in June 2006. Additionally, they also hold the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification. Furthermore, Natasha has certifications as a Certified Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant and a Certified Dayforce WFM (Workforce Management) Implementation Consultant, both from Ceridian.
