Bryson Young

Bryson Young, MAI, is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate valuation and investment, currently serving as Managing Director at Bowery Valuation since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Senior Appraiser at CBRE from August 2018 to December 2021, and Director of Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield from April 2017 to August 2018. Bryson also held positions at CB Richard Ellis - Silicon Valley and Essex Realty Group, where expertise in retail properties and investment brokerage in Chicago was developed. Additionally, experience as Acquisitions Associate at Essex Capital involved underwriting Class-A multi-family apartment complexes. Academically, Bryson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Studies with a focus on Organizational Communications from Northwestern University.
