Grace Kim

Grace Kim, MAI, AI-GRS, currently serves as Managing Director at Bowery Valuation since January 2022. Prior to this role, Grace held the position of Valuation Services Director at Colliers International from May 2015 to December 2021 and was a Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at McKee & Schalka from August 2004 to May 2015. Grace Kim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare and Women's Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, between 2000 and 2004.
