Jon Nathanson

Jonathan Nathanson is a valuation specialist at Bowery Valuation, responsible for inspecting and analyzing commercial properties to determine their value, and training new associates on relevant technologies and methodologies. Prior experience includes senior property management at Pyramid Real Estate Group, where Jonathan managed both commercial and residential properties, and property management for over 200 affordable housing units at Bridgeport Neighborhood Trust. Jonathan also held a managerial position at Pinnacle/Gaia, overseeing a significant multi-family residential portfolio and achieving strong occupancy rates. Earlier roles included being a founding member of NYC CREATE and serving as an associate at Cushman & Wakefield, along with various operational and liaison positions through the years. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Western Connecticut State University.
