Dr. Wendy M. Edmonds

Dr. Wendy M. Edmonds serves as the Interim Chair for the Department of Management, Marketing, and Public Administration at Bowie State University, Maryland’s oldest Historically Black College and University. Dr. Wendy M.'s experience at Bowie State University includes roles as an Assistant Professor, Lecturer, and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Behavioral Science & Human Services, focusing on the Human Resource Development Graduate Program. Dr. Edmonds is also the Founder and CEO of the RTED Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving rural and underserved communities through technology, training, and development. Dr. Edmonds holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Toxic Followership from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, an MS in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, and a BS in Technology Management from Bowie State University.
