Mark Holmes

Mark Holmes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical management and engineering within the defense sector. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Bowler Pons Solutions Consultants, LLC since January 2013, Mark has previously held notable positions including Lead Associate and Technical Management Advisor at Booz Allen Hamilton from April 2007 to January 2013, and Program Manager for Battlefield Acoustics at Signal Systems Corporation from August 2001 to April 2007. Additionally, Mark's early career included a consulting role at Booz Allen & Hamilton and an internship at Raytheon. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Loyola University Maryland.
