Alvaro Ruvalcaba

Alvaro Ruvalcaba joined the Bowles farming family in 1991 as an irrigator. Two years later he moved up to a tractor and cotton picker driver. Alvaro has 15 years of experience with cotton picking and 8 years of tractor driving. In 2016 he moved up to an area foreman assistant and managed irrigation equipment. A year later he was promoted to irrigation and sprinklers supervisor.
