Rachael Faulkner, MSW, is a seasoned professional in public policy and social work, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Bowling Business Strategies since 2021. Previously, Rachael held the position of Director of Research and Policy Development at Public Policy Partners Maryland from 2016 to 2021. Rachael's extensive experience includes roles as Director of Government Affairs & Communication for the Behavioral Health Administration at the Maryland Department of Health and Director of Interagency Affairs & Education Policy at the Maryland Department of Disabilities. Rachael earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, following a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and American Studies from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
