Jeff Kostelni

Jeff Kostelni has over 30 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Jeff is currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at Bowlero Corporation since 2018. Prior to that, they held the same role at Bowlero Corp (formerly known as Bowmor-AMF) starting from 2016. Jeff also worked at Bowlmor AMF as the Corporate Controller from January 2015 to October 2015. Jeff was responsible for overseeing various financial functions, including general accounting, financial reporting, taxes, and payroll. Before joining Bowlmor AMF, Jeff served as the VP of Finance, Treasurer, and Corporate Officer at Measurement Specialties, Inc. (now TE Connectivity) from 2004 to 2015. During their tenure, they successfully implemented and managed Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and supervised SEC reporting. Jeff's earlier experience includes working as the CFO at Bontex, Inc. from 1993 to 2004. Jeff also worked as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte and Touche from 1988 to 1993, where they audited various clients and managed financial statements preparation.

From 1984 to 1988, Jeff Kostelni attended Villanova University, where they pursued and successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
