Jamie Dodson has over 30 years of experience in engineering and maintenance within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Director of Engineering Services at Bowman Andros Products, LLC since January 2013, Jamie is responsible for planning and overseeing capital investment and engineering projects to enhance manufacturing processes and support company growth. Previously, Jamie held positions at Bowman Apple Products, Inc. as Maintenance Manager from January 2007 to December 2012, focusing on minimizing downtime and executing preventive maintenance programs, and as Maintenance Technician and Production Supervisor from January 1994 to December 2007, managing machinery repairs and coordinating plant operations. Earlier experience includes a role as Maintenance Technician at Aileen Inc. from August 1991 to December 1993, where Jamie repaired and maintained manufacturing equipment.
