Paul Dowman-Tucker

Paul Dowman-Tucker began their career in 1999 as Chief Naval Architect at VT Shipbuilding. Paul remained with the company for ten years before moving to BAE Systems Surface Ships Ltd in 2009, where they served as Chief Engineer for three years. In 2012, Paul joined Bowman Power Group Ltd as Engineering Director, and they were appointed Director & CEO of the company in 2016.

Paul Dowman-Tucker has a BEng in Yacht & Powercraft Design from Southampton Solent University. Paul also has a certification from the UK Engineering Council in Chartered Engineer.
