Danielle Derolf, P.E. is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation and municipal engineering. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Bowman Consulting since January 2025, Danielle previously held the position of Highway Engineer at Dawood Engineering, Inc. from July 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included serving as the Borough Engineer for New Cumberland Borough and Township Engineer for Swatara Township. Prior experience includes roles as a Transportation Engineer and Engineer in Training at Kimley-Horn, where Danielle developed expertise in HOP applications, transportation design projects, and Civil 3D modeling. Early career experiences included internships at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff and STV, where Danielle contributed to drainage modeling, site surveys, and roadway design. Danielle holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State, completed between 2013 and 2018.
