Scott Delgado has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering projects, specifically focusing on urban transportation projects in Northern Virginia and the Washington D.C. area. Scott has held roles such as Principal at Bowman Consulting, Project Manager at TAMS/Earth Tech, and Civil Engineer at McDonough Associates.

Scott Delgado earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University in 1992. Scott then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Construction Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1995.
