Carden Wyckoff, CPWA, currently serves as Principal Accessibility Support Engineer & Team Lead at Salesforce since April 2016, where responsibilities include leading customer engagements to streamline accessibility case creation, analyzing case drivers to improve support metrics, and overseeing the onboarding of new hires. Previous roles include Senior Accessibility Support Engineer and Senior Pardot Support Engineer, where achievements involved mentoring over 40 new engineers and collaborating with various teams to enhance software solutions.
