Carden Wyckoff, CPWA, currently serves as Principal Accessibility Support Engineer & Team Lead at Salesforce since April 2016, where responsibilities include leading customer engagements to streamline accessibility case creation, analyzing case drivers to improve support metrics, and overseeing the onboarding of new hires. Previous roles include Senior Accessibility Support Engineer and Senior Pardot Support Engineer, where achievements involved mentoring over 40 new engineers and collaborating with various teams to enhance software solutions. In addition to work at Salesforce, Carden Wyckoff holds roles such as Chair of the Human Relations Commission for the City of Atlanta, Strategic Advisor for Midtown Alliance, and Board Member for Propel ATL and MARTA ARMY INC, focusing on disability inclusion and community improvement efforts.
