Nikita Shaw

Nikita Shaw is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Bowmans since January 2025. Prior to this role, Nikita held multiple positions at A&O Shearman from February 2023 to January 2025, including Head of Operations, Executive Advisor, and Director. Nikita also worked at Allen & Overy from August 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included Counsel and Director, as well as serving as Senior Associate and Professional Support Lawyer. Earlier career experience includes a Senior Associate role at Baker McKenzie and various positions from Trainee to Associate.
