James Fletcher is a Vice President Emeritus at Bowser-Morner, Inc., having previously served as the Vice President and Director of Laboratory Services for the company. James is responsible for the technical and financial direction of all Construction Materials Laboratories at various locations. Prior to this, James worked as a Faculty Research Assistant at the Center for Lake Erie Area Research (CLEAR), conducting research related to the environmental impact of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. James holds a BS in Limnology from The Ohio State University.
